Our mission is to create a welcoming environment where beauty and comfort meet, ensuring each client feels pampered and valued. We strive to deliver exceptional service through our skilled stylists, innovative techniques, and personalized care, making every visit a memorable and rejuvenating escape. We are also committed to the continuous growth and education of our team, offering ongoing training for both our stylists and others in the industry to stay at the forefront of beauty trends and techniques

What We Offer
Experience the freedom to run your own business while collaborating with an amazing team. Set your own schedule to match your lifestyle and enjoy perks such as first month rent free, referral rent discounts, vacation and maternity benefits, backbar products including styling items, and retail items with generous commissions. Also included is training events, and, at minimum, annual team/individual branding photo sessions. Your clients will appreciate the ease of their appointments and the exceptional service they receive. Leadership is always present to guide you, offering business mentorship whenever you need it to ensure your journey to success is fully supported.

Our Space
Located on College Avenue in Appleton, WI, our salon boasts a beautiful, modern, and clean environment. We continually upgrade our space to keep it feeling fresh and inviting. Situated near the heart of downtown with numerous amenities nearby, your clients can enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating experience inside the salon.

Leasing Fees
We are committed to offering competitive rental rates that stand out in our area. Our primary focus is on the success of our stylists, ensuring that you retain a significant portion of your hard earned income. New stylists will begin with a 90-day contract. At the end of this period, we will evaluate your career goals. Based on this review, we will mutually decide whether to proceed with an annual contract. Below, you will find our rental rates, which are calculated on a weekly basis.

4 day week $109/week
5 day week: $131/week
